Pilates Class Information
We have been delivering Realistic Pilates classes in and around the Fife area since 2010, whilst being in our custom designed studio in Glenrothes since 2017. In that time, we have helped countless people just like you to… alleviate back pain… improve posture …flatten abdominals and strengthen spines.
Most of our clients have been with us for many years as they have found our classes to be unlike any other classes around!
We’ll ask you to attend a one-off induction class when you first join us. This first class will enable you to grasp the fundamental principles of Realistic Pilates. Your initial block is a 6-week block, including your induction class (or video) and the cost for this is £45. The cost ongoing is £28.75 per month, which includes unlimited access to live streamed Zoom classes and pre-recorded videos on our website.
The reasoning behind booking in blocks is simple. In our experience, it often takes a minimum of 6 weeks for your body to begin to learn the new habits required to develop better posture… it then takes a lifetime to maintain them! In a nutshell, Realistic Pilates teaches you how to align your body, using your muscles in the way they were designed to be used, rather than the way they have learned to be used… frequently through habit.
As a direct result of our innovative approach, our clients also experience improvements in confidence, self-esteem and self-awareness resulting in a new zest for life!
After you have reserved your place in your preferred class… this remains yours until you tell us otherwise. Pilates as a method of exercise has a cumulative effect and by ensuring you have a place in a regular class you will be able to progress and maintain all the benefits of this highly beneficial programme.
Our unique booking system also allows you to make up for missed classes in another class, at your convenience, as long as payments are maintained on a monthly basis.
